People will do anything, no matter how absurd, to avoid facing their own souls. Who looks inside, awakes.  - Carl Jung

MSc in Developmental Psychology, MA in Counseling Psychology, DCOSH

Life constantly diverts our attention from meeting the most important person in our life – our own self.

As a therapist I facilitate this process by helping my clients start one of the most important journeys of their lives – a journey to create a good relationship with their own selves.

I believe that each one of us has everything we need to transform our life into a fulfilling experience. However, our ability to succeed in this process is often impeded by too many fears, attachments, doubts and what we call ‘circumstances’. We like to tell ourselves good stories about why we can not achieve what we want and create excuses. However, the only thing which matters is the result and if we have achieved it or not…

I see my role as helping you become an autonomous person: get in touch with your true self, understand your purpose and acquire the right tools and mechanisms to create your own happiness and success.

 About myself:

I have spent many years studying psychology and human behavior in theory and practice. My desire to understand the nuts and bolts of the human mind and psyche led me to obtain two master degrees - in developmental psychology and in counseling psychology. After getting my first degree I emerged myself into business environment making a successful career in Human Resources management in Procter & Gamble. The idea was to go through the hurdles of the "real world" before I become someone who helps others to overcome these hurdles. After 8 years of success and failure, achievements and break downs I left the business arena and continued my education in counseling psychology.

My work and studies brought me to live in three countries in different parts of the world. I have learned to understand and communicate with people of different cultures, ages, races, sexual orientations, backgrounds, socio-economic classes, and life stages.

In my therapy career I have helped people in many different ways: as a School Psychologist for students from elementary grades through high school, as an intern in a psychiatric facility and as a psychologist having my own practice.

I'm offering you my expertise in psychology and human mind, rich experience in working with people from all walks of life and a set of tools to transform your life into a fulfilling experience.

“not the years in my life, but life in my years”
